No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Because every lei and sash is custom-made:

Designs are created to your requested specifications

Monetary elements are secured and assembled specifically for your order

Materials are allocated and production begins promptly

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production preparation may have already begun and changes cannot be guaranteed.
