By accessing this website and placing an order with Fidelis Leis, you agree to be legally bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Custom-Made Products — Final Sale

All Fidelis Leis items are handcrafted and made to order based on customer-selected specifications.

Due to the personalized nature of our products:

All sales are final.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges are permitted.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details (including spelling, colors, artwork, quantities, and shipping information) before completing checkout.

Fidelis Leis is not responsible for customer-submitted errors once an order has been placed.

2. Payment & Fraud Protection

Full payment is required at checkout. Orders will not enter production until payment has been successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

3. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that custom-made products are final sale.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback:

Fidelis Leis reserves the right to provide order confirmations, communications, customization selections, and production documentation to the payment processor.

Customers agree to work in good faith to resolve disputes before initiating formal payment reversals.

4. Production & Delivery Estimates

All production and shipping timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Fidelis Leis is not liable for delays caused by seasonal demand, supply interruptions, carrier delays, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

Risk of loss transfers to the customer.

Fidelis Leis is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate at checkout.

6. Product Care & Use

Customers are responsible for following care instructions.

Fidelis Leis is not liable for damage caused by moisture, heat, sunlight exposure, improper handling, alterations, or normal wear and tear.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, artwork, branding elements, and product arrangements are the exclusive property of Fidelis Leis and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Fidelis Leis shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Dispute Resolution

We value our customers and encourage resolution through direct communication.

If a concern arises, customers agree to contact Fidelis Leis in good faith to seek a mutually agreeable resolution before pursuing formal legal remedies.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, and any legal action shall be brought in California courts where applicable.

Fidelis Leis reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
