At Fidelis Leis, every piece is handcrafted with care and packaged with intention to ensure it arrives as beautifully as it was created.

Priority Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. This service includes tracking and is selected to provide a reliable and timely delivery experience for our clients.

Elevated Shipping Options

For those desiring an enhanced delivery experience, upgraded shipping options such as Priority Express, signature confirmation, or additional insurance are available upon request. Any associated fees will be communicated prior to shipment.

Production & Fulfillment

Each lei and sash is custom-made to order. Once your piece is completed and prepared for shipment, you will receive tracking information for your convenience.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been entrusted to the carrier, Fidelis Leis is not responsible for shipping delays outside of our control. We kindly ask that you verify your shipping details carefully at checkout, as we are unable to replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
